HOW TO USE FACE ROLLER?

First:- Apply skin Oil on your face.

Process: Start from your forehead, place the tool's bigger roller & make upward strokes towards your hairline. Next, make small horizontal strokes over your eyebrows prevent wrinkles.  Now Use the small end of roller, apply low pressure, and roll from the inner eye towards to outer corner. Repeat it 15 – 20 times for both eyes. Now put larger side of roller on your chin, apply medium pressure and roll it covering your whole chin. Few spot on your that you feel tight than press a little hard quickly move up and down to soften that particular part. Make upside motions towards your jaw, under your chin. To support lymph drain, Stroke down to neck, never upwards, so the fluid has some place to go.

HOW TO USE GUA-SHA?

Process: Before starting you can keep it in refrigerator for a few hours for additional cooing and soothing effect.  Apply serum or oil to your skin to make it slippery. Now hold the tool in that way in which that the curved part will hug the curves of your skin and flat part will rest on skin. Start from one side of your neck, pulling it up, towards your jaw. Do same to other side of neck the repeat the same front of your neck. Move gently so it will not hurt your neck. Now use small divot in your gua-sha, put it on your chin and move it towards your ear. Scrap it along your jawline. Repeat this few times. Use flatter curve to massage your cheeks. Then massage your eye area. Now finish your skin care routine.
